A 12-month commitment to develop godly leaders for home, church and community: George Barna – “The American church is dying due to a lack of strong leadership. In this time of unprecedented opportunity and plentiful resources, the church is critically losing influence. The primary reason is the lack of leadership. Nothing is more important than leadership.”
CBC Leadership Academy is poised to reverse that trend in Elko. Currently 20 men are meeting once a month to study godly leadership and make application to their lives. Topics covered include: Defining Spiritual Leadership, God’s Call to Leadership, Building Character, A Leader’s Place in the Kingdom of God, Crafting Leadership Skills, Understand My SHAPE as a Leader, Jesus’ Model of Leadership, The Heart and Head of a Servant Leader, The Hands and Habits of a Servant Leader, and The Leader’s Personal Vision and Mentoring.
